I decided to waltz in and buy an e bike today, based solely on past customers reviews. Gordon is the most chilled and ultimately the best person to sell you a suitable bike. It was a pleasure to spend my money in this store and my son and I thank you for your kindness, patience and expertise. My son hasn’t wiped the smile off his face all day!

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this one was deserved.

I bought my e-bike here in January and recently had an issue where the display stopped working properly. After inspecting it, they found that moisture had somehow got inside the display unit.

Although the manufacturer would not cover the replacement under warranty, they replaced the display with a brand-new one and didn't charge me anything.

What impressed me most wasn't just the service itself, but the way it was handled. We live in a time when many businesses constantly ask customers for 5stars Google reviews, often without doing anything particularly special to earn them. In this case, after going above and beyond to help me, they never once asked for a review.

That says a lot about their honesty, integrity, and genuine commitment to looking after their customers. It's rare to find businesses that put doing the right thing ahead of chasing ratings, and it's even rarer to find people like that.

Thank you for the outstanding service. You've earned a customer for life.

After watching Gordons u-tube videos I took a trip from Pakenham to gain some insight as to what bike would suit my purposes. Gordon was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. I ended up taking a bike for a test ride and brought it the same day. Gordon even helped folding the bike up and putting in my car. Great customer service can highly recommend you visit and speak to Gordon.
